I’ve just read this blog. Really good points are made about how agents should approach viewings, and that vendors shouldnt do them.
In my experience, Agents seldom do any of these, which is why you need to find out how the Agents prepare themselves before you choose the Agent.
It’s really frustrating that many agents don’t get all their key staff to look around a property that they have For Sale, and how many times have I done a viewing and the Agent has the wrong keys.
Anyway, have a read of the blog and use it to understand what an Agent SHOULD be doing.
